Ingredients: Gabriola grown white Sage, Chamomile , Red rose petals, Organic peppermint leaf, Hibiscus flower. 

 Suggested Use: boil water & Steep lose tea in a strainer and cover for about 5-7minutes. Feel free to re-steep as many times as you can.
